I believe meaningful therapy requires more than learning a few coping skills or just trying to “think differently.” It involves understanding how our experiences and relationships shape us. I enjoy helping clients recognize patterns that aren't working anymore and find creative ways to interrupt them to make lasting changes. I use an eclectic approach, primarily drawing from existential, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT). I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I value helping clients develop insight into their experiences and patterns while finding creative, meaningful ways to create change.
